DPD supports adding sub-users to a paid, primary vendors account. Sub-user accounts are designed for giving limited access to the vendors account without access to sensitive billing or configuration settings.

There are 2 permissions you can assign to Sub-User accounts- Customer Service and Product Management. Sub-users can have one or both permissions based on what you need them to have access to. No permission level gives them access to your billing information, payment processing information, or any store settings.

More secure than sharing your DPD login with access to sensitive information, subusers accounts get access to just the selling and reporting features of DPD. This is great for staff such as a product manager or bookkeeper to log in, create products, and view sales reports without giving them full admin access to your account.

You can create an unlimted number of subusers on each DPD vendor account.
