How does the 30-day free trial work?

DPD does not require payment info to start a trial- we want you to feel comfortable while you set up your first products and try our system out. We’ll let you know when your trial is close to ending so you can sign up for a paid plan. If you choose to not used DPD, do nothing- your account will automatically close and you won’t be charged a thing.

What if I need more product slots during the trial?

The free trial includes 1.5GB of space, 30 product slots, and all DPD features and options so you can get a feel for how DPD works and see if it will work for you. If you need more space or product slots during the trial you can upgrade at any time to a paid plan with the space and product slots you need.

Are there per-transaction, per-store, or any other hidden fees?

No. DPD does not charge any per-transaction, per-storefront, or per-product fees above and beyond the flat rate pricing above. All payments for goods through DPD are made directly to the vendor’s payment processor account, and the vendor is responsible for all processing fees.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.
