What does GB mean on your plans page for storage space?
One Gigabyte (GB) is 1024 Megabytes (MB). So, if you have 12 videos that are 125MB in size, you will need a plan that has at least 1.5GB of storage space for products.
What kind of files does DPD support?
All of them! If it can be downloaded you can sell it with DPD. This includes videos (avi, wmv, mkv, mpg, mpeg, etc.), audio (mp3, m4a, wma, flac, etc.) images and illustrations (png, gif, jpg, ai, eps, svg, etc.), archives (zip, rar, 7z, rpm, etc.) and any other extension you can think of.
DPD does not support any DRM scheme. We do however support keycode delivery using uploaded or generated keys, as well as PDF watermarking where we’ll stamp your PDF product with the buyer’s personal information.
What will my store domain / URL be?
DPD does not provide a store- we integrate with your current website. The only integration step you have to perform is to copy and paste our buttons in to your website.
Does DPD integrate with my mailing list?
Probably. DPD currently integrates with Mailchimp, iContact, Imnica, GetResponse, and CampaignMonitor with new integrations being regularly added. We also allow you to export your customer list to CSV for manual upload with other marketing tools.
Can DPD integrate with a script on my website?
Yes. DPD’s IPN system can optionally transmit buyer data to any URL you provide. You can then set up your script to parse our IPN.
